Shipping And Delivery

We aim to process and dispatch all orders within a reasonable timeframe, typically between three to five business days. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information if applicable. Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on the weight of the items and the destination address. Please note that AfriquePost is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied by your country of residence upon arrival.

While we work with reliable courier partners, we do not accept liability for supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by delayed, lost, or misrouted orders. Our total liability for loss or damage caused by us is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product, except where local law dictates otherwise. If your package arrives damaged, please contact our support team immediately with photographic evidence so we can assist you in resolving the issue with the carrier.

Returns And Exchanges

Our return policy lasts thirty days from the date of purchase. If thirty days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as downloadable software products, digital subscriptions, and certain health or personal care items.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer without prior authorization from our team. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and whether your refund has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain amount of days.

Shipping Costs For Returns

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. If you are shipping an item over a certain value, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
