Due to the high volume of submissions, we can’t reply to everyone individually, but we review everything and will be in touch if there’s an opportunity.

How do your cards come packaged?
All cards are packaged in a cornstarch-based cello bag.
I’ve placed an order – how do you ship items?

How long will my order take to arrive?
- UK: 2–4 working days
- EU: 7–10 working days
- International: 10–14 working days

How can I contact you about my order?

How do I return an item?

Can I collect my order from your studio?
Unfortunately, we’re currently unable to offer collection from our London studio.
Do I have to pay customs or import charges?
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to local VAT, sales tax, or customs fees upon arrival. These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are set by local authorities and couriers.
- EU orders under €150: VAT is charged at checkout via IOSS, helping to avoid border delays.
- US orders: Due to new US tariffs, an additional duty is charged at checkout. The amount depends on the product and country of manufacture.

General Product Safety (GPSR)
What is GPSR (General Product Safety Regulation)?
We comply with the General Product Safety Regulation (EU) 2023/988, which ensures that all products sold in the EU are safe for consumers.
This regulation replaces the previous General Product Safety Directive and applies to all consumer products sold in the EU, both online and offline. It affects manufacturers, importers, distributors, and fulfilment providers.
GPSR focuses on:

Clear product information and warnings
Accountability across the supply chain
Improved traceability and recall procedure
