Please note that AfriquePost is not responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or additional fees applied by your country of residence upon arrival.
While we work with reliable courier partners, we do not accept liability for supplementary costs incurred by a customer caused by delayed, lost, or misrouted orders. Our total liability for loss or damage caused by us is limited to the amount paid by the customer for the product, except where local law dictates otherwise. Returns And Exchanges
Our return policy lasts thirty days from the date of purchase. If thirty days have gone by since your purchase, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
